By creating an account and / or placing an order, the Buyer agrees to receive its e-commerce from the seller to the email address provided.
When placing an order in the online store DENTSTORE, Buyer agrees registering an account with your email address and method of electronic communication via email and / or phone. Vouchers
Dentstore.com store offers to launch a voucher valid for an order any you choose.
Voucher is a discount of 10% applied to the entire order, indidiferent the number of items and their value.

Processing and confirmation of orders
Seller will verify the following command to notify the Purchaser test results. Sending email notification by the Seller to the Buyer delivery without requiring any confirmation of receipt from the Buyer, is the time of concluding the contract. Billing orders
Each order confirmed specific products, prices, and the payment method. Seller shall deliver to Buyer a proper tax invoice for goods and services delivered. Buyer must provide all the correct information necessary to issue tax invoice in accordance with the law.
Prices and product information.
Prices shown in DENTSTORE online store include VAT (24% and 9%). Prices do not include delivery charges, unless specified on this product.
Some of the prices displayed are calculated based on a formula that is based on the assumed price lists automatically feeds suppliers. Although our efforts to list the correct prices are major, a small number of products in our catalog may have the wrong price. For these products, if the right price is at least 20% higher than the price listed in our catalog, we reserve the right to contact you personally or to cancel your order directly.

Payment
The products ordered online store DENTSTORE can be paid in advance or their delivery.

Delivery orders

If information about billing and delivery provided by the Buyer are inaccurate or incomplete, the Seller does not guarantee the timeliness of delivery. If within 24 hours will not correct the data and will not set a new date of delivery, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
Ownership of the goods shall be transferred at the time of their delivery to the address indicated (assuming signing for receipt of the transport document provided by courier or signing for receipt of the invoice for supplies made directly by the Seller) and the corresponding full payment. Seller will not allow opening the parcel courier authorized only after signing the receipt and payment of equivalent value thereof possible.

Complaints regarding the integrity and / or contents of the packages will be made upon delivery by drafting a protocol ascertaining the presence of the courier. Any subsequent complaint regarding these issues are invalid and can not be considered.
guarantee
The products bought through DENTSTORE are new, in original packaging and collateral benefits under the legislation in force (OUG 21/1992, republished, with subsequent amendments and Law 449/2003, with subsequent amendments) and trade policy producers. The warranty is valid only in Romania, except where otherwise stated in the warranty business.

Waiver of purchase

Return statements are detailed below. In some cases, the Purchaser may elect to replace with another product. Force majeure and disputes
None of the Contracting Parties shall not be liable for failure to perform its contractual obligations if such failure was due to an event of force majeure. Force majeure is unforeseeable, beyond the parties and can not be avoided.
This Agreement is subject to Romanian law.
Any disputes between Buyer and Seller shall be resolved amicably, and if an agreement is not reached in this way will appeal to the competent courts.
