• ZrO2 + HfO2+Y2O3: >99%
• Y2O3: 4.5% - 6%
• Al2O3: ≤ 0.5%
• Other oxides: ≤0.5%

Physical Characteristics:

• Density before sintering (g/cm3) : 6.08+/- 0.01
• CTE after sintering(25-200°C): (10.5±1.0)x10-6K-1
• 3-point flexural strength after sintering: > 1200Mpa
• Accelerated aging surface monoclinic phase content: <15%
• Chemical solubility after sintering: <100μg/cm2
• Cytotoxicity test: Level 0
• Radioactivity after sintering: <0.1Bq/g
• Sintering temperature: 1400-1580°C (recommend 1530 °C )
